What this website collects
When you browse the public website, the site is designed to collect as little personal information as practical. If you submit a demo request, Pioneer Programme application, contact form or results-email request, the information you enter is sent to TalentFlow and may be processed through our configured email/CRM provider, Brevo, for the requested follow-up.
Assessment results
Agency Health Check results are stored in your browser using local storage so you can return and combine scores. They are not sent to TalentFlow unless you actively submit or email them through an enabled form. You can clear them using the reset controls or your browser settings.
How information may be used
Information you choose to provide may be used to answer enquiries, arrange demonstrations, administer the Pioneer Programme, provide requested assessment results, maintain enquiry records and understand which resources are useful.
Sharing and service providers
TalentFlow may use service providers needed to host the site, protect it, deliver email or manage enquiries. The public site is designed for Cloudflare hosting and uses Brevo for configured form/email handling. Personal information is not sold to advertisers.
Retention
Website enquiry information should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, customer relationship, legitimate business records or applicable legal requirements. Browser-stored assessment results remain on your device until you clear them.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit forms, clear assessment data from your browser, and contact us if you want to ask about personal information you have submitted through this website.
Website analytics
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZWZ05Q1F7B) to understand aggregate website usage, such as pages viewed and interactions with calls to action.
