  • Status history is available

Consent & data protection

  • Purpose and consent records are retained where required
  • Access to sensitive data is role-based
  • Export/download activity can be reviewed
  • Retention and correction procedures are documented

Documents

  • Current document version is identifiable
  • Expiry dates are tracked for time-sensitive documents
  • Documents are linked to the correct candidate/job
  • Missing-document status is visible

Recruitment, employers & communication

  • Job order requirements are documented
  • Employer submissions and feedback are recorded
  • Candidate communications can be traced
  • Interview/offer decisions have dates and owners

Fees, complaints & deployment

  • Fees/payment records are linked to the relevant case
  • Complaints have status, owner and resolution history
  • Visa/deployment milestones are recorded
  • Arrival/placement outcome is confirmed
